The idea for this Agri-Resort was born from the success of the project “Gli Orti di Nonna Domenica”: small personal vegetable gardens, as well as aviaries for small animals both located within the estate park which can be rented to enjoy fresh vegetables, produce, and eggs. Following the opening in May 2021 of the “zero-centimeter” Restaurant, where every single ingredient used in the kitchen is absolutely fresh and authentically wholesome, the decision was made in September to also offer guests the opportunity to stay overnight in this magical setting.

The Tenuta di Santo Stefano is an Agri-Resort located just outside Fossano. Thanks to its strategic location, it offers a stay immersed in peace and nature, while still providing the convenience of all essential services. The property is just 5 minutes from the city center, only 13 km from Levaldigi Airport, and about 9 km from the Fossano highway exit, making it possible to reach both Turin and the Ligurian beaches in under an hour. The resort also offers ample free parking.
Just a few steps from the Agri-Resort, within the same property, you'll find Gli Orti di Nonna Domenica, where guests can rent a personal garden plot to grow and nurture their own seasonal vegetables—just like in the old days. It’s an opportunity to rediscover the spirit of community, respect for nature, the rhythm of the seasons, the wonder of watching a sprout emerge, and the joy of harvesting your own produce. Most importantly, it helps preserve the traditions of the past. The property also includes a small farm area with backyard animals such as chickens, rabbits, and hens, all raised in a natural and caring environment.
A trip to an educational farm is the perfect experience for children and young people of all ages. It offers the chance to learn, alongside classmates, about rural life and traditions, farming activities, typical local products, and the natural rhythm of the seasons. We are also proud partners of Slow Food Italia, as a recognized “friend of the member.” For this reason, the educational farm Gli Orti di Nonna Domenica offers a variety of experiences tailored for children and teens of all ages. Please note that visits are organized exclusively for school groups or other organized groups; individual visits are not available.
